The work at Nöjesbokningen involves answering phone calls, emails, and messages via social media, booking experiences, identifying unconscious needs, providing support to guests who need help, and informing about Parks and Resorts products and offerings.

Who are we looking for?

No prior knowledge in customer service or support is required for this role - you will receive thorough training when you start the position with us. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking on the phone, as most of our guest interactions occur over the phone. You want to provide each guest with the best possible service. You have excellent communication skills and can remain calm even when the work pace is high. Furthermore, you are flexible and can work independently in an open office environment. You feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you have good computer skills as we work daily in many different types of systems.

More about the positions

You will be based at Kolmården Zoo but will work with products and offerings from several of our parks: Gröna Lund, Skara Sommarland, Furuviksparken, and Kolmården. The positions are seasonal and run from February to October, with very good opportunities for extension. We have varying start and end dates during this period. Work occurs on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will work approximately 30-40 hours per week. During the summer months when many others are off, we have the most to do, so you should be able and willing to work during these months. Salary is applied according to our collective agreement Gröna Riksen between HRF and Visita.
